Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work for services sold by ezcademy — Santhi Prakash on this website. Plain terms, no fine-print traps — if something here seems unfair for your situation, write to us and we'll look at it honestly.
Free webinars
Free sessions involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund. If you can't attend after registering, no action is needed — you're welcome at any future session.
Paid live workshops
- Cancel 24 hours or more before the session — full refund, or move your seat to the next batch, your choice.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before — we'll move your seat to the next batch (no cash refund, since your seat was held).
- If we cancel or reschedule a session and the new date doesn't work for you — full refund, no questions.
1:1 calls
- Reschedule — reply to your confirmation email at least 4 hours before your slot and we'll move it.
- If we genuinely can't help with the topic you bring, we refund the full amount.
- No-shows — if you miss your slot without notice, the fee isn't refundable, but write to us and we'll try to find a fair option once.
Online courses & digital content
Where a course or digital product carries its own refund terms, those are stated on its checkout page. If none are stated: refund requests within 7 days of purchase are honoured if you've consumed less than 25% of the content.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment provider (Razorpay), typically within 5–7 business days of approval. We never ask for card details or OTPs to process a refund.
