ezcademy — Santhi Prakash sells online training and digital services only. No physical goods are sold on this website, so nothing is ever shipped — everything you purchase is delivered electronically.
How your purchase is delivered
- Webinars & live workshops — your joining link is sent to your registered email (and WhatsApp, where provided) after registration, with reminders before the session.
- 1:1 calls — after payment and slot selection, a Google Meet link is emailed to you automatically for your chosen time.
- Courses & digital downloads — access details or download links are delivered to your email immediately after purchase, or on the start date stated at checkout.
Delivery timelines
Email confirmations are typically delivered within minutes. If you haven't received an expected email within 24 hours, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we'll resend it.
